Carlos has been keeping Allstate customers “in good hands” for over ten years, and his experience and knowledge are major assets at the Short Family Agency. He knows New Jersey well too, having lived, worked, and studied in Hudson, Somerset, Middlesex, and Morris Counties. A graduate of Rutgers, Carlos majored in English literature and is an avid reader of novels, current events magazines, and news websites.

Carlos is able to assist both our English and Spanish speaking customers, providing clients the opportunity to discuss the technicalities of their policies in the language they are most comfortable speaking. Carlos’s skills go beyond words to include technology, and his computer knowledge is put to good use at the office as well as with his tight-knit group of friends and family.

Carlos does more than resolve tech issues for his family and friends, and he enjoys spending time with them outdoors, going to the movies, and traveling. He recently visited the Galapagos Islands and has a bucket list that includes Stonehenge, the Pyramids in Egypt, and the Taj Mahal. Carlos is patient and personable and is happy to review your policies with you, suggest and make changes, and provide coverage solutions that protect you and your assets.
